My clients are adults struggling with sexual issues*, body image, stress, deconstruction from religion, cancer, sexual assault, and life transitions such as young adulthood and menopause. Each person is unique, so I work with each client to create a custom treatment plan to fit their goals. I serve clients in Colorado, Vermont, and Texas. Focusing on the development of new skills to navigate one’s life and exploring the clients vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness as it relates to the presenting problem; co-creating new choices and practices that will move clients toward more authentic and wholehearted living.
