They are people from a wide range of backgrounds, including people in the LGBTQ+ community, people in monogamous or non-monogmous relationships, people with rich life experiences to draw on, and usually people with a good sense of humor that may have gotten a little lost along the way.

I am so grateful that you're here. Each person enters times in their lives where they benefit from support. Personal transitions, loss, stress, toxic relationships, pandemics...lots of things happen that make us feel out of control or helpless. We often experience these traumas while still reliving patterns from the past, making it hard to see a way through. If you are looking for support, feel ready to identify some of these patterns, dig in and move forward, then we might be a good fit!
