Dungeons and Dragons Group Therapy (DND RPG Groups)

Our next DND Group begins Wednesday, June 5th, and runs for 10 weeks. Our Therapeutic Game Master Penny Reif will guide the group in processing while enjoying plenty of actual play time. If you're interested in Internal Family Systems parts work, character development in DND is a great, gentle way to get to know a part, and we use aspects of Narrative Therapy and ACT, too. But our main focus is to help you get what *you* need from the group, so we keep our groups small and personalized.
