I primarily work with young adults and adolescents experiencing family of origin trauma, anxiety, depression, gender and sexual identity transitions, life transitions, grief, and loss. Many of my clients are finding themselves in therapy for the first time and enjoy having an unbiased third party to process through different situations and emotions with.

As a counselor, I work with individual clients ages 6 and up. I love helping clients recognize their strengths and create a sense of self-worth. People are most successful at making positive changes in their lives when those changes are implemented gradually with plenty of support and encouragement.
