We will identify and build on your own strengths and experiences, while utilizing a combination of both traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), assertive communication skills, and holistic wellness approaches (mindfulness, breath practice, yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique) in order to address anxiety, trauma, depression, stress management, time management, and relationship issues. Let's break down what didn't work for you in the past week, and figure out how to utilize new self-care, coping, and communication skills in order to make it go better in the future!
