No yoga pants required! Sessions start with mindful movement/seated yoga, mindful breathing exercise or a a guided visualization. I enjoy working with clients who are open to learning new tools to move through life's stressors. Sometimes normal, healthy emotions like anxiety, anger, grief and sadness can feel overwhelming.
