Do you get caught in repetitive unhealthy cycles? Anxious thought loops or the same relationship mistakes over and over? Our fast-paced culture can be challenging for personal growth, but together we can collaborate to find tools that work for you. Whether you are seeking happiness in relationships, anxiety management, healing from trauma or better ways to communicate, we can work together toward your goals.
I work with successful and creative individuals, as well as those who have high-stress jobs. Although everything may seem fine on paper, it's often a different story on the inside. You might be feeling burnt out and going through the motions, or you could be feeling overwhelmed by your emotions. Many people find themselves stuck in survival mode, caused by several factors such as unconscious unmet needs or stuck trauma patterns. The good news is there is a gentle and safe way through!

While I work with a wide range of folks, I tend to be the person folks come to when other therapies haven't worked. Relational Somatic Psychotherapy is a deep and powerful therapeutic approach. It works at a very deep and primal level. We combine neuro-biologically informed treatment with mindfulness, movement, traditional talk therapy, drama therapy and more, all in the container of our relationship.

You may have been targeted by a Narcissist or experienced relational trauma. Together you and I will work together to discover the source and reclaim yourself.

My clients express frustration with relationships and a need for guidance at a difficult time. In addition, I work closely with Adult Children of Alcoholics who have been deeply affected by the effects of the disease.

Their bodies have been burdened by it, often carrying tension and unexplained pains. Their relationships have been negatively impacted by it, including the most crucial one with themselves. They want to discard harmful old patterns, have more agency, and reach for their joys rather than fleeing from fears.
