I enjoy working with diverse population of clients who are dealing with various issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues, and work stress.
My Background and Approach
My background is in psychology and social worker. My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) including coping skills and psychoeducation to treat the symptoms of mental illness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I volunteered with a suicide prevention hotline and love helping people find a purpose and vision for their life. My practice is very inclusive and I accept people as they are without condition. As an adolescent and young adult I dealt with anxiety and depression but was able to overcome it thru counseling. I hope to provide help others overcome their barriers in order to live a more fulfilling life.
