I utilize an integrative approach with therapeutic interventions such as (CBT, psychodynamic) and holistic practices such as (mindfulness, breath work, sound healing, self-care) to support your overall wellness. Together we will explore and identify unproductive behaviors, limiting thoughts/beliefs and replace them with healthier coping skills.
My Background and Approach
I earned my BA in Psychology from Cal State Long Beach and my Masters in Social Work from Cal State Dominguez Hills. My personal experiences and professional background have been divinely set up to facilitate my own healing journey and have equipped me with the ability to support yours, especially if you have concerns regarding: depression/anxiety, relationships, spirituality/religion, childhood trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, overall self discovery and sexuality/gender identity. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we have everything we need inside of us and it’s the inner work that heals us so that we can align with our higher self and embody our fullest potential. I also believe that it’s through the inevitable difficulties and challenges that motivate us to make the necessary changes in our lives that lead to self transformation.
