About My Clients
You're exhausted from not feeling worthy of the space you occupy. You're tired of holding everything in, and terrified to be your authentic self. You're a WHOLE person... not a symptom that needs to be cured. You've never been able to truly process all of the big emotions and 'stuff' you carry around because they have either been 'too much' or minimized. Or, shame has held you back. But it's becoming too heavy to carry on your own.
My Background and Approach
With a little work and support, it IS possible to strip those big emotions and that 'stuff' of their power. I'm a LGBTQIA+ and relationship affirming therapist. Laugh, cry, and brag about your victories. There is no shame here. As a neurodivergent Queer person, I am able to bring the unique combination of lived experience and clinical skills into the room, if you are open to that and it is useful for you. I provide a safe space where you can practice your authentic self-expression. I grew up in an area where people 'weren't allowed' to be Queer. I know what it's like to feel like there is no one in your corner. When you're used to holding everything in and feeling 'alone', it can be scary to be your authentic self. I love to help people explore who they are, find compassion for the person they've become, and feel worthy of the space they occupy. We’re a team, and I’m in your corner. We will do the hard work, together.
