My Background and Approach
Los Gatos Therapist - Through a holistic lens, I highlight the connection between your body, mind, and spirit to help you understand yourself on a deeper level. I'm a visual learner and teacher, and incorporate this into my work with you. I understand that it can be a struggle to articulate how you're feeling and what you're going through. I use art and creative exercises to help you express yourself and bring awareness to what is working and no longer working for you. We collaborate to uncover patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that are getting in the way of achieving your goals. We'll learn new strategies and ways to deal with your life experiences so that you feel more connected to what makes you feel inspired and true to yourself.

Though I may be the expert in my field, I believe your are the expert of your own life and have the capacity to heal and grow from pain and struggle.
