About My Clients
I often work with people who are struggling with panic attacks, anxiety, & depression. If you're struggling with these issues, you may find that you avoid or have simply lost interest in the things you normally enjoy. There may even be days where you don’t have the energy to get out of bed at all. Therapy can help. Through our work together in therapy, you can learn how to help yourself when your mind starts to race & begin to feel more in control of your thoughts and feelings.
My Background and Approach
I love working with clients who are dealing with anxiety and depression because I’ve been there too. I understand the darkness and overwhelm that can come with these struggles. I also know what it takes to get out. Your journey will be different from mine, because our stories are different. But, because I've walked this road before, I know you can too. It may take a few weeks, months, or even years to build up the confidence to schedule that first appointment, but when you do, healing is possible. During the therapy process, I consider us a team. Sometimes that means I hold the hope for you when you can't see it yourself. Other times, it means I challenge you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and into a process of healing.
