It may take a few weeks, months, or even years to build up the confidence to schedule that first appointment, but when you do, healing is possible. During the therapy process, I consider us a team. Sometimes that means I hold the hope for you when you can't see it yourself. Other times, it means I challenge you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and into a process of healing.
