I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy. Each person has unique life experiences and perspectives. Therefore, I believe it is my job as a therapist to learn and speak each client's unique language using kindness, compassion, empathy, and doses of humor. As a trauma-informed therapist, I, then, find the root of the person's issues and address them to where they no longer feel hijacked by the pain and fear.
