I use a solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) approach to tackle problems and reach your overall wellness goals. This theoretical approach allows you to get results within fewer therapy sessions. We are specially trained to look at mental health from a holistic perspective. How does your race, gender, environment, or even politics affect your mental health? Although we do not accept insurance we can help you use your out-of-network insurance benefits to help pay for sessions through Advekit.
