My Background and Approach
My name is Tenisha Pettus and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has over 14 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families with training in Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused as well as Strength-Based Techniques. I specialize in working with Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem, Anger Management, and Couples Conflict/Reconciliation.

There is no story that is too much for me. You are worthy to be seen. You are worthy to be supported. You are worthy of healing. I see you. My approach is helping in discussing what you want/need to address and developing a plan together to help you overcome the challenges to rise. You have strengths that due to what you are going through may have been masked or forgotten. I will help you find that and give you the support that you need.
