Although each session will differ, my goal is to support change while arming you with as many tools as possible to handle daily stressors.

Through scientifically proven strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT/CBT-i), Mindfulness Training, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I will teach you vital skills for taking control of your emotional and physical health.
