My Background and Approach
My approach is simple: I listen to you. I help you find the tools in your arsenal to find your strength and write a different narrative for your life. What modalities we use are based on the needs of your needs. Given my clinical educational from NYU School of Social Work and professional background, my specialities are trauma, depression, and transition through major life changes. I have worked extensively with those who have been in the corrections system and openly welcome them into my practice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves the right to live their best life, no matter their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, country of origin, political affiliation or any other demographic category. This is a judgement free zone!
