About My Clients
I specialize in working with women, professional, hard-working, highly sensitive, committed to their personal & life growth. I have supported many, often with a multi-cultural background, supporting them to move towards their most authentic selves, by finding inner & outer resources & finding balance in their life, healing trauma, and learning to use the obstacles as way of tuning into greater health.
My Background and Approach
With a M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a B.A. in Anthropology, Tanya marries knowledge and intuition, as well as embodied wisdom and spirituality, embracing the power of the expressive arts, dance, and movement. Always extremely intuitive and fascinated by the world of symbols and depth, she’s committed to a path of deeply knowing and expressing herself for over 15 years. She has made guest appearances on the Radio, Television, Podcasts, Summits, and facilitated transformational work for hundreds of people all over USA, Mexico, Canada, and Germany. Psychotherapeutically she uses Humanistic or Client-Centered Therapy as a basis, alongside CBT/Mindfulness, Depth Psychotherapy, and Women's Psychology, as well as coaching skills.

We need to take actions in alignment with what we've learned. That's where my coaching skills and practical exercises I teach you come in. I believe Spirituality is a key piece of healing. I do NOT subscribe to any particular religion, I encourage my clients to connect with whatever spirituality means to them! I fully encourage and work with LGBTQ & POC to find how systems of oppression have played a part on their journey and love to help them uncover, reclaim, utilize their voice as agents of change in this world, as well as empathizing with the anger, grief, and other emotions that come up when looking at these oppressive syste
