About My Clients
Many of my clients are empathic, intuitive, and highly sensitive people. I also assist many parents who are parenting high-spirited children that need help with problem-solving and supporting their unique, sensitive offspring. I provide individual therapy to those from all walks of life including but not limited to: Anxiety, Worry, Depression, Highly Sensitive Person Trait, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Grief, Empath Survival/Coping, Life-Work Balance, Women's Issues & Stress Management.
My Background and Approach
I'm a limited license psychologist (LLP) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Professional Psychology. Being an LLP means I have regular supervision and support from a Ph.D. psychologist. I also have a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Behavior which has been an amazing asset to my treatment approach and knowledge base. To the parents, you will be pleased to know I'm certified in parent management training to assist with child behavior challenges such as defiance and high sensitivity. I am also trained in Reiki I & II and may refer to chakras and grounding if this approach works with your belief system.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a Christian however nontraditional. I call myself a "non-institutionalized Christian". I believe God is LOVE. Therefore, I honor all living things and respect mother earth. In addition, I strongly believe in giving back to others and the community as we are one.
