My areas of specialty include Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Family and Relationship Issues, and Addiction and Recovery. I am inclusive and serve the LGBTQ+ community.
My Background and Approach
My style is client-centered, humanistic, strength-based and Psychodynamic. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Mindfulness interventions to increase greater self understanding and empower you to make the changes you seek in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach to therapy is rooted in my values of non-judgment, acceptance, compassion and creating greater human connection. I believe we all have the capacity to heal our wounds and make the meaningful changes we seek in our lives and more importantly, the ability to live authentically.
