About My Clients

You may be feeling unsatisfied, confused, or stuck, or unsure yet curious about of how to weave your identities, experiences, values and goals into a confident sense of self. Perhaps you are feeling unheard in your family or peer relationships, or struggling to find the right path in your education or career.

My Background and Approach

My areas of expertise include anxiety and depression, interpersonal and family of origin concerns, identity development, life and role transitions, and work-life balance. I specialize in college students through adult clients, with particular expertise in supporting BIPOC individuals as they explore aspects of their intersectional identity. I also work well with clients who need help implementing self-care, exploring their passions, and activating their creativity. My approach to therapy is active and collaborative, utilizing both skill-focused techniques and the therapy relationship itself to help you to feel supported, empowered and autonomous. I strive to create a safe space where you can be challenged and get to know your most authentic self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am actively affirming and welcoming of all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. As a Haitian-American, I bring my lived experience to working with individuals who are navigating experiences as immigrants or as the children of immigrants.
