I have a nuanced understanding of how capitalism, white supremacy, and various systems of oppression compound to impact one’s experience of life. My goal is to show up with humility, in a way that sees you fully.
As a level one IFS-trained clinician, I have years of IFS therapy and supervision under my belt and am also eager to continue my learning journey with this model. IFS makes it clear that while there are aspects of our lives that we may want to change, we can do so with self-compassion and the knowledge that we (and our parts) are doing our very best with the tools that we have.
