I am a licensed psychologist with an M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology. I have spent years in private practice and have also previously been an executive of mental health, wellness, and substance abuse facilities and programs. I have trained clinicians, developed programs, and accumulated a broad background in many specialty areas and clinical approaches, all of which inform my work.
My style is collaborative, warm, and honest. I don’t push or judge, and I also don’t lose track of goals or leave sessions to wander in unhelpful directions. I share tools, resources, and ideas; offer feedback; explore the past, present, and future; and foster therapeutic experiences that give you material to use in the rest of your life.
