DBT is an evidence-based psychotherapy designed to treat borderline personality disorder; however, the tenets of DBT are useful with many issues such as suicidal ideation, self-harm, substance abuse, eating disorders, anxiety, and many more. Throughout the therapy process, I utilize these three fundamentals to help put my client in control of their challenges, spaces, relationships, and mind.

I am educated in the challenges that are prevalent in this community such as body dysmorphia, gender dysphoria, and sexuality. Plus, as a member of this community, I have dedicated many hours to understanding how to help my peers.
Relationships are a fundamental building block of life. Whether the relationship be between two or more-than-two, I treat the collective as a unit and utilize techniques that inspire unity and cohesion.
