About My Clients

As the weather warms up and flowers start to bloom, you might feel curious about how to pursue your own growth. Whether you're looking for career growth or emotional growth, we can work with that! I specialize in supporting neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, AADPI, and Latine identities as we fight against the system around us in order to explore how it looks for you to live authentically.

My Background and Approach

My approach to counseling is called Person-Centered, which means that I allow you to take the lead on your treatment. Because every client-counselor relationship is unique, the work we do will reflect that uniqueness. I employ a combination of talk therapy and mindfulness techniques as well as expressive arts activities to explore your experiences and guide your growth. Counseling and personal growth can be a long, arduous journey. I'm looking forward to joining you on your voyage.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

While a lot of relationships can cause hurt, I believe that relationships are also where we find healing. In our therapeutic relationship, we will model a relationship with empathy, authenticity, and healthy boundaries. Our relationships with the larger society can also have a great impact on our lives. BIPOC, AAPI, LGTBQIA+, differently abled, and/or neurodiverse individuals are susceptible to debilitating hurt from society and the system under which we operate. I vow to advocate for equity, justice, and a systemic overhaul.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following
  • Agnosticism
  • Atheism
  • Hinduism
  • Islam
  • Interfaith
