About My Clients
Our clients are individuals who may be hesitant to begin therapy, but after meeting during a free consultation, they quickly recognize the benefits of meeting with one of our experienced, compassionate, and open minded therapists. Many individuals we meet with have had experiences with anxiety, stress, depression, difficulties in relationships and at work, and have experienced trauma at some point in their lives.
My Background and Approach
Each one of our therapists have received extensive training in providing psychotherapy, and have worked in different settings, such as university counseling centers, community medical centers, and mental health clinics. They have also received specialized training in couples therapy and working with people from different spiritual backgrounds, cultures and ethnicities. We encourage exploration and promote insight in each one of our clients, while also providing our clients with practical tools that can help you feel equipped to manage whatever issues that brought you in. We tailor our approach to each individual so you feel understood and heard by your therapist.
