About My Clients
Anxiety and depression can feel like a heavy weight on your shoulders. I want to help you cast that weight off and find your peace. I specialize in helping teens and women reconnect with themselves. Allowing you the time and space to understand your feelings by working through traumatic events or the troubles of daily life.
My Background and Approach
I have a B.S. in Psychology, a certificate of applied Sociology, and my M.A. in CMHC. I completed a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional Course (CCATP) I am experienced in working with a diverse population and have been working in the field since 2018. I specialize in individual therapy for adolescents/teens and adults. I utilize a person-centered approach to therapy along with using aspects of CBT and Adlerian therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each client and their background is unique and deserves a unique approach tailored to their needs. I strive to help my clients reinvigorate themselves and see the world through new eyes. Each trauma we experience can change how we view the world, I am here to help you refocus your lens. I believe that each person is amazing and unique and sometimes needs help to see it.
