My Background and Approach
Shelley received her Master's in Social Work from Colorado State University. She has worked as a mental health therapist and program supervisor for several agencies in South Dakota, Oregon, and Nebraska before moving to Arizona. Her experience as a mental health therapist and supervisor in various settings has provided her with hands-on experience working with individuals and teams through various goals collaboratively and holistically. Doing so has enabled her to quickly identify and decipher needs and deliver solutions that facilitate successful outcomes.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my personal belief that distress is resolved through introspection, honesty and humility. To do so requires a holistic approach, in which mind, body and spirit are considered as being affected and treated synergistically.
