My Background and Approach
My goal for you is to leave feeling more understood and connected as I continue perfecting my skills to teach you as I have others. While I utilize several modalities to individualize care, research shows us that the relationship between therapist and client is far more effective with the use of modalities than the modality on it's own. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to be your most authentic self and gain support, acceptance, and understanding to reach you goals. I utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Family Systems, and Client-Centered Approach, amongst other modalities to individualize care for each client. I have several years experience working with children, families, and individuals to meet their goals.
