With dual degrees and experiences in both art and behavioral therapy, I work from a problem-solving perspective. My aim is to help you feel less overwhelmed, which can be the root of anxiety, depression, and low-self-esteem. As an art therapist, I believe that art holds no judgements and can give us a new voice and form of expression. No previous art experience is needed, and basic art supplies are sufficient.
I work from a person-centered and eclectic approach to therapy, and believe you already have the knowledge and resources to enhance your life. My goal is to guide you in understanding how to use and recognize these tools. Therapy is not one size fits all, and I aim to tailor my therapeutic knowledge and skills to fit your needs.
