My Background and Approach
Shannon believes it is imperative that people have an opportunity to show up as their full selves and feel safe, supported, and affirmed. He is passionate about helping individuals feel empowered to make the changes they are seeking in their lives. Shannon provides a warm, gentle (though direct), trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy and healing. They believe that approaching oneself with curiosity and compassion can open the doors of new truths about oneself that leads to acceptance and freedom.
