Are you struggling to find hope amidst the ups and downs of life? Nothing is more distressing than feeling caught in endless cycles of conflict that leave you feeling lost, defeated, and lonely. My passion is to help others identify and change those cycles in order to experience healing, connection, and fulfillment.
My Background and Approach
My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and strength based. I have extensive training in Emotion Focused Therapy for couples and individuals, trauma and abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, addressing family issues, foster care and adoption injuries, stress management, communication issues, and relational and attachment issues.
