Do you often wonder how to improve your relationship? The time is now to dedicate to yourself and your relationship! I provide individual and couples therapy. I collaborate with my clients to identify their strengths and improve their sense of self, which can improve the quality of their relationships with themselves and others. I am highly passionate about helping individuals and couples reach their full potential. I've have studied at University of Michigan and Wayne State University. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a certified sex therapist (CST) with a passion for sexual health.

I am a dedicated therapist, wife, Mom, sister, aunt, reader, and I am passionate about sexual health and comprehensive sexuality education. I am sex positive and love helping others. I spend my free time with my family, volunteering with the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan, learning about sexual health, couples issues and sexuality education. I also spend a lot of time in northern Michigan and love it.
