As someone who has had a complicated past with spirituality and religion but has also found faith to be a strong comfort and important value in my life, I enjoy meeting with individuals who are dealing with faith based concerns so that they can land where they want to land in their faith experience. I have continuing education credits in biblical counseling that has helped to inform my approach in this arena.

I have 5 years of experience treating OCD and helping individuals to find freedom from their obsessive thoughts and enslaving compulsions. This disorder can feel helpless at times, but I have been able to show a number of people that they are not defined by their thoughts and have helped them to finally experience freedom.

I am a certified ADHD clinical services provider. Unfortunately many clinicians were not trained to treat ADHD in their graduate programs, so I sought out further education about the disorder in order to help them utilize the strengths of the disorder and manage its weaknesses.

CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a form of treatment that has shown to be effective for a wide array of mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, and addiction. CBT targets unhelpful ways of thinking and dysfunctional behavioral patterns while replacing them with healthier alternatives.

ACT or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is a mindful approach to mental health struggles that aims to re-direct people towards living in the present moment. ACT helps individuals to accept their current experiences and commit to a value driven lifestyle.

DBT or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy aims to equip clients with mindfulness skills, the ability to tolerate distressing emotions, relate with others effectively, and regulate emotions.
