About My Clients
Sarah enjoys working with adults from a person-centered approach. Sarah’s clients find her to be compassionate, empathetic, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental, as well as careful to provide an environment that encourages growth and authenticity.
My Background and Approach
Sarah is trained in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She also utilizes counseling methods from additional approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Expressive Arts. Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, and obtained her Master of Science in Counselor Education from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Orlando, Florida. She founded Cor Counseling, LLC in 2017. Sarah is an Orlando native, and enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, toddler, and mini schnauzer.
