If you are holding onto painful memories from the past together we can ease your symptoms so you can have more peace, happiness, and joy in your life. I am a relationship therapist, whether the focus of our work is deepening or repairing your connection with a partner, family member, friend, or yourself-I'll be there by your side supporting you along the way. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm and engaging environment that holds space for you to be vulnerable, unpack the past, and create space for your future. You can expect freedom from judgement and a safer space to explore what is showing up in your life. I’m trained in several evidence-based approaches and I am results oriented. Connecting with a therapist can feel scary. During our initial phone consult I talk my time and listen to make sure we connect. I am Licensed in Rhode Island, New York, and Vermont. I work under the supervision of Comisar Psychotherapy Group- Supervisor: David Comisar, LCSW-R.
