As an art therapist and counselor, we will creatively explore the things in your life that aren't working and I can help you find solutions to the things that are get in the way of living your life to the fullest. You're not in this alone. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University. I have worked with clients with trauma, mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance use issues in a residential treatment center for female-identifying residents. I have worked with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar I & II, trauma, survivors of domestic violence, life transition difficulties, self-image issues, body image issues, eating disorders, and substance use. I practice from a lens of Adlerian, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT-informed (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), ACT-informed (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), as well as person-centered, intersectionality, creative expression, and mindfulness-based approaches.
