I utilize a trauma-informed, person-centered, integrative approach to therapy. I utilize expressive art approaches and interventions in addition to more traditional modalities based on client need, comfort, and request. I have my Master's Degree in Art Therapy and graduated from Nazareth College in 2016. I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist.
I aim to foster a strength based relationship and collaborative environment with my clients to support healing, healthy perceptions, and authentic expression. I have experience supporting individuals, children, and families in safely processing and increasing their capacity to cope with adverse experiences and trauma.
