About My Clients
My focus is to help individuals by providing them a safe space that encourages healing. I hope that when you are here you feel comfortable talking about the uncomfortable. Most importantly, I hope you know that I am listening to your concerns and are with you during this time.
My Background and Approach
My treatment approach experience includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I love learning the new and best ways to help my clients, so I engage in trainings as often as I can! I received a Master of Social Work degree from the Florida State University and Bachelor of Social Work degree also from the Florida State University.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a mom of two, I have learned through my own experiences the beauty and challenges that come with motherhood. Especially during those postpartum times. I enjoy helping my clients through every stage of life so they know they are not alone during this journey. My goal is to help empower my clients, whether it be in an individual, couple, or family setting, by giving them guidance to see their true potential. Asking for help can be difficult! I want you to feel safe and comfortable sharing what has brought you to therapy. The first step is making yourself a priority, and you are taking that step by engaging in therapy.
