About My Clients

Life can be overwhelming. It’s easy to become trapped in the complex web of roles we have to play. I’m here to help you discover what matters most and assist you with discovering new tools and strengths that can help you break out of old patterns. I take a collaborative approach to counseling that harnesses your expert knowledge of yourself and your life and my supportive and curious perspective.

My Background and Approach

I have experience working with adults on a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, self-esteem and self-worth, body image issues, chronic health issues, issues related to neurodivergence, and managing the day-to-day stresses of life. We'll work collaboratively to assess your goals and needs and make sure that we are gearing therapy towards what you are most interested in versus what anybody else thinks is best!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have found that therapy can be an incredible place for support, gaining skills, or just having a place to explore things with someone else! I am neurodivergent myself and have a unique perspective into what it means to navigate a world that doesn't always feel accepting. I take a systems focus in therapy and look to other factors in the world that might be affecting you outside of your immediate ecosystem. Additionally, I am educated about scientific and emotional issues related to climate change and passionate about working with clients struggling with eco-anxiety and eco-grief.
