About My Clients
I learned much about myself and about human nature throughout my travel to a lot of countries. Over and over I've witnessed people climb from the depths of despair and pain to build themselves better more fulfilling lives. Regardless of who you are or what makes you unique, I would be delighted if you would allow me to take this journey with you.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transition. I use cognitive therapy, EMDR, and Internal family system to dive deep with you. I also do premarital counseling, and Marriage counseling using a specialized method called Gottman.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I think that good answers and effective tools are important to the process of therapy. However, I deeply believe that the heart of therapy is the ability to journey with you through the pain and fatigue only to come out to a place of healing and contentment. The only way out is through, and I want to go through that journey with you step by step.
