About My Clients
Is anyone ANXIOUS out there?!!! I think I heard a resounding "YES!!" What a stressful, uncertain time we are in now...COVID, global warming, conflicts everywhere - between politicians, neighbors, countries, etc. I specialize in anxiety management, but I find that it is a big umbrella issue that includes many other things, so I talk to my clients about the circumstances, relationships, ways of thinking that contribute to their stress.
My Background and Approach
Each person is unique, and I try to match my approach to their needs. I also like to have fun with my clients. Therapy with me isn't all about gloom and doom. It's about positive change! For 25 years, I have aimed to impart to my clients a toolbox of practices that are extremely affective in reducing stress, worry, and other issues. We work together to learn to use body, mind and spirit in finding more peace and comfort. No one will ever completely get rid of anxiety, however...and you wouldn't want to. Some of it is needed to function. Sometimes it's hard to reach out for help. I want you to know that, in me, you will find a good listener, a caring heart, and a ton of rich experience.
