My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is individualized, holistic and integrative. I work with the mental, physical and spiritual needs of the individual to aid in a more complete understanding and healing process. My experience includes treating adults, adolescents and children who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, self harm, suicidality, substance abuse, bullying, behavior difficulties, and relationship issues.
