My therapeutic style utilizes a strength-based approach to engage individuals in a journey of self-acceptance and personal growth. My goal is to provide clients with an open, safe, and nonjudgmental environment to explore and evolve throughout each session. During our time working together we can identify attainable goals, address a variety of personal challenges, and improve overall well-being. We will collaborate with a focus on reduction of symptoms including an increase in daily functioning. We will utilize evidence-based theories to improve coping skills and strategies to manage and minimize emotional discomfort and distress. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you to assist you in living the best version of yourself with an improved quality of life.
