About My Clients
I work with folx who are struggling with anxiety or depression, life transitions, relationships, and those who just want to learn more about themselves while moving toward a more pleasurable & purposeful life. Many of my clients seek to enhance their sense of self by unpacking their experience of trauma in the context of varying identities, family structures, and/or immigration experiences. I also work with children/families who have experienced stress, life disruptions, and trauma.

My approach to therapy starts with building a sincere connection while pursuing goals in a way that uniquely suits your experiences, intersecting identities, and preferred pace. My aim is to help you work through emotional pain, experience more joy and to help you walk through life as the most aligned version of yourself. I hope to create a space where you can feel the full extent of your joy and pain without shame or guilt. Together, I believe we can carve a path individualized for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I feel strongly about decolonizing therapeutic spaces and operating from an anti-racist lens. I work to balance being warm and compassionate with being curious about new ways of being.
