About My Clients

I have special interest and extensive training in working with individuals (ages 14+), couples, and families impacted by trauma and dissociation, folks experiencing distress around pelvic pain and sex, and with people in relationships with gender diversity/LGBTQIAP+. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

If it's helpful for you, I'm happy to talk about religion as it relates to your well-being. I did a semester of seminary before my faculty told me that they thought my calling was in mental health. I'm also a certified Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator, which gave me a grounding in several other faith backgrounds and traditions. If you bring it up, I will not think you're crazy. I'm queer and non-binary and active with the LBGTQIAP+ community. At the end of the day, I'm passionate about making sure folks with mental distress are treated with dignity and respect. Regardless of what your history and/or our culture may tell you, you matter.
