You find it difficult to talk to others. They don't understand, besides, they have their own problems. You just want to be left alone, it's just easier than people constantly telling you to 'get over it' all the time. Being told to 'get over it' just makes you angry, people don't understand what it's like to be angry all the time, to have no energy, to want to just crawl into bed and not re-emerge any time soon. You just want things to stop being so hard; you want a sense of peace again.
