Sessions are about more than just talking; we incorporate the body into the healing process so you can finally feel free. And we always go at your pace, never pushing to places you don’t feel ready to be. Together we will work to understand how your nervous system responses such as fight, flight, and freeze played a role in your upbringing so you can heal past wounds and fully express your needs that prioritize your boundaries & safety first.
