About My Clients
When anxiety and depression get the final word, we end up missing out on the life we truly desire to live. We all want to care for the people we love, experience success, and feel peace, but even our deepest values seem impossible to live out when we feel like we can't enjoy the present moment. Therapy offers the support we need to focus on what matters to us, even during painful or unexpected seasons.
My Background and Approach
Pulling from acceptance and commitment (ACT), cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and client-centered approaches, I journey with clients as they process their stories and offer practical tools needed to experience relief and authenticity. My commitment to you is to listen with empathy, ask intentional questions, call out your strengths, and work with you to set short and long-term goals for your mental health.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there is nothing more desired by people than peace—peace of mind, peace in relationships, and peace within ourselves. In addition to living five years overseas, I have eight years of business experience working in a nonprofit environment, including over four years in the addiction and recovery space. I couple my clinical mental health and business backgrounds to support individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, conflict in relationships, grief, addiction, and spirituality. In my free time, I enjoy taking long walks with my husband, discovering new thrift stores, and playing board games with friends.
