About My Clients
I work with many folks and have a wealth of experience in veteran's assessments, nonprofits, victim advocacy, O/P, and in-home. I specialize in complex trauma & PTSD, the adult industry, performers, dissociative disorders, autism, the adult industry, and personality disorders. I provide autism assessments and HRT letters. I find with self-compassion and acceptance of life's curveballs we can break the intergenerational trauma cycle and reunite with joy, freedom, and acceptance!
My Background and Approach
Rainier is an empathetic, driven, passionate human who provides high-quality therapy from ACT, EMDR (certified/consultant-in-training), Brainspotting, mindfulness, self-compassion, IFS, and strengths-based models. I offer autism assessments and HRT letters when appropriate. I am also a yoga teacher & reiki master who always keeps clients in the loop about potential add-on treatments. Knowledge is power!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I started my journey in the helping profession as a first responder in victim advocacy for abuse/crime during Pulse. I believe in an anti-establishment approach, pushing change on a corporate level, and equity for all. I am a Trans Lifeline committee member and have been a speaker for RAINN's Speakers Bureau for 10+ years.
